Most of the review of any product is given within few months of purchase. Therefore it’s durability, service quality are misinterpreted. I purchased a Samsung front load fully automatic washing machine in Oct 2020. Initially it ran well but whithin one year it’s PCB failed. Thereafter every year PCB failed. 4 time PCB replaced in 4 years and now drum also got broken. It’s not only waste of money but also a lot of headache when you purchase samsung washing machine. Decide wisely.
