My washing machine was delivered damaged so was taken away on the same day. I have been trying to contact Samsung by email but no one answers. My wife spent over an hour on the phone yesterday and still no better off. They say they cant do anything until the damaged machine gets back to their factory so as long as the company that they used to deliver and install have the machine I can not get a replacement sent or a refund. So far this has been 11 days. WORST CUSTOMER CARE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED
