I have purchased Samsung Washing machine front loading 5.5Kg WF8550NHS from TMC hyderabad. After 4 months of use it started leaking water from bottom. I have called SAMSUNG authorized service center " Vinayaka Service Center" from Kukatpalli. Service engineer checked the machine and confirmed scrow was broken. Vinayaka taken to service center after 10 days of follow-up, they have returned the equipment by charging Rs550. Even the persons delivered the equipment not even verified whether the problem is fixed or not. Just simply they dropped the equipment and rushed to pick up some other equipment.
After connecting the equipment, confirmed the original problem is not fixed at all. Land up in paying 550 for not doing any service. I have called up Vinayaka service center they response is very wage and especially the back end office is asking to give more respect for not doing any thing. I have called up Hyderabad franchise officer, even after that the response is zero.
Summary: Please do not go for Samsung washing machine, the post sale customer support is very horrible. And the quality of the product is zero and during spin it makes lot of noise, the washing machine moves from one place to other area. Now I have decided not to buy any SAMSUNG products. This review is to help new buyers to take wise call before buying costly home product. I have called up customer call center to speak to any escalation manager regarding this but no use. There is no provision at all.
