Hi friends! Today I am going to share a very bad experience with you all. I have bought a Samsung Z2 handset from a nearby shop for my mom 4 months back. This is her first smart phone. The retailer assured us, this gonna be a perfect handset for her since its a very user friendly . It’s a golden handset with a nice royal look with 4.5 inch of screen. A light weight device and guess what it’s neither an Android nor a Windows Operating System. It’s an own version of Samsung launched in 2017, named "Tizan". We have to first register to this tizan community then this handset works. This is a very complicated Operating System and this most worst part is we are unable to download some of the applications like paytm, flipkart, snapdeal, etc. We just can download those applications which are there in Tizan Community. The easiest application, WhatsApp is so complicated in this handset that after 3 months also you won’t be able to make out many things how it works.
Henceforth, I would like to tell do not buy this Samsung Z2 though it comes in a pocket friendly price. And please Do not go with the Pitch of any retailers if you are not caution about that product.
