I have 1 good experience with Pratul showroom once and for the 2 times, I had to fight and make a big drama to get my work done as soon as possible.
I bought Unicorn in 2015 and this is the only time, I ever had a very good experience as everything done ontime and the server center guys were also cool.
In 2016 I went to buy Activa for my brother and they were like, why did you come again. I was waiting for a person who can help me with the quote, but they were in there own world. I have waited without any information for an hour, then I felt, this incident should be reported to someone who can deal with. I went to the Managers room and said this is what happened. The manager said’ there could be a possibility that they are busy, you please wait for somemore time and someone will help you with the required information’. I said, OK! I have waited for another 30 mins and no one attended. Then, I really got mad and walked on to the Managers room and said, It’s an hour and a half and no one has come to me with the information. Then, he said, please wait sir. I said, I am here to pay and take the vehicle right now. Then, he immediately stood up and called a guy!.
Then, I replied. You DICK HEAD.when I said, I need quotation, you were reluctant to talk or assist me and the moment, I said, I will make the total payment, you dick got stood.Do you think that this is a joke or something.Then, I have marked an email to the regional marketing and sales manager about the incident.
Third time, I visited the same SHow room and I could not find this A* HOle.However, there was a lady with same mentality. I didn’t say anything because, the IDOL sitting there is FEMALE and we are restricted to talk anything fare enough to them,
