Sandisk Replacement of product

I bought a Sandisk Ultra microSDHC UHS-I 16GB Class 10 Memory in October 2013 from online retail FLIPKART, it has a warranty of 10 years.

Suddenly it stopped working in February 2015, so I approached on Sandisk customer support for replacement, I Send them an email, and stated the problem, they just asked me is it detecting in computers at all or not and asked about the numbers written on the card. I replied them, with the model numbers as this was not detecting in computers also.

After a single mail they called me and said they are going to replace my card as they don’t have the 16GB Class 10 card in Kolkata center, they offer to exchange with Class 4 32GB card or Class 10 64Gb microSDXC card. I opted second one Class 10 64GB card and surrendered my 16GB card at their service center. After 6 days, I just got my brand new SDXC 64 GB Class 10 card on my address. I am so happy with the commitment of Sandisk India. I know microSDXC cards are costlier then microSDHC, but they replace it.

Excellent approach of Sandisk for customer satisfaction, I am impressed.
