Can they add an additional zero star option also, I needed to give this product a zero star rating as I had bought this 8 gb sandisk cruzer on 5th sept.
And within two months the pendrive stops working, no notifications is shown related to pendrive when inserting in computer, and how can I avail the gurantee given, for me this product has the future as e-waste. I tried calling customer care and they gave me a service centre number based in Pune to claim my warranty who denied serving my request saying they don’t cater Sandisk Products.
