I know a lot of the other review s focus on the read/write speed of the drive, if that’s what you’re looking for in a flash drive, the other reviews amply detail why this drive is mediocre in that department
My chief complaint, however, is the durability of the flash drive on a key chain. The main appeal of this drive to me was the small, compact size while in use on a keychain. Approximately 2 months after my purchase and begining of use, the keychain connector has broken, and for my purpose, is not useful anymore. Why can’t a company produce an affordable, small flash drive that will last on a keychain?
The keychain connection is purely plastic, no reinforcing metal anywhere on the connection. Perhaps an added piece of reinforcing metal, or an included mini keychain ring may preseve this on a keychain for longer use. But don’t plan on this lasting on keychain you use with any regularity.
