I bought this for my Canon DSLR to shoot RAW video and standard video at extremely high bit rates(>100Mbps) using Magic Lantern. It performs great! Its also reassuring that the card can go through hell and back even if its only the size of a finger nail. I have a handful of Sandisk Extremes and 4 or 5 Extreme Pros laying around and they perform admirably.
My only gibe is the minimum write speed of 10MB/s is really bad, with SD cards no one cares about read speed unless this is for a tablet that somehow needs that because SD cards are for writing too, in my tests Ive found that I get 95-105MB/s on read and 40-70MB/s write which is very very good.the bigger cards(GB wise) tend to be faster, my 8GB extreme pro isnt as fast as my 64 and 32GBs ones. Overall good product but Id pay a few more bucks if Sandisks Extreme Pros guaranteed minimum write speeds of at least 40MB/s, in the day when 4K video and things like in camera ProRes recording is possible Sandisk would be smart to heed to this advice!
