Pathetic Service from Sangeetha Store by SMITHA.

As I’m using Lumia since a long time I preferred to buy a higher version device, selected sangeetha and firstly bought Lumia 630 which was working fine, then I realized the memory slot was not working. I immediately reported to sangeetha and they confirmed it was Dead on Arrival and gave an option “Replacement / Exchange” with different model. I opted for exchange with different model(Lumia 625) buy paying 4700/- extra.


I was 100% satisfied with the device and recommended many of my friends; however this device stopped responding for good 2Hrs. I was not able to perform any action on the device.


This morning I visited Sangeetha to report the issue, A Female by the name smitha claims to be a cashier was pathetic and did not have any empathy while communicating. She is not customer centric, Should learn many things on customer handling skills. I would say she is just an JUNK in your organization. When asked for technician, she directly said “Contact service center” as we have given you sealed box.We all know chances of getting defective device are very common; This Stupid female should realize that and should not argue with customer. I directly said on her face that “You don’t know who to speak with a customer” She replies I have 4Yrs of experience and I’m talking to you now.I have paid 14, 700 which is my hard earn money. Every single rupee matters a LOT. Never expected this kind of service from such a reputed STORE.
