My wife purchased a mobile about 1 year back. They gave a insurance cover letter. But when my wife lost the phone, they made her run from pillar to post. Lodging police complaints, visit the their shop at Forum mall etc for quite a few days and after submitting all the documents they refused to honor the claim.
If they did not want to replace the phone there was no need to make my wife run around for almost a week.
If at all there was a fine print exclusion they could tell that at the beginning so we dont waste our time.
The fine print would have been there all along.
