I bought a new Sony Xperia Tipo from Forum Sangeetha Bangalore on 6th Feb, and they charged me for "Door step servicing " called "Delight" for 99 and Sangeetha insurance worth 199, please dont fall prey to their trap, from day one there was a problem with touch screen.
I called customer care n they asked me to contact Onsite-"Door step servicing " people. They took a week to collect my mobile. It has so much problems – Touch issue, Ego in calls, get hangs often, screen was coming out, etc.
Finally they took my mobile and first time they re installed the software.. again got same issue…they took my mobile gain replaced the touch screen .. but still I’m facing same issue. All this happened within a month. It clearly indicated it’s defect product.
There was no proper response from Sangeeth or Sony service center when I asked for reason for replacing parts with in a month…It seems some internal tie up between Sangeetha-Onsite-Sony service centers on selling defect products in market…DON’T TAKE DOOR STEP SERVICING & INSURANCE – It’s not worth.
