I bought Nokia E63 in this store. My bad luck that the phone started Hanging within 35 hours of buying.I thought it to be a temporary problem and went to Nokia care after two weeks.
Nokia care said that a chip related to USB connection was broken in the phone. I took care of this phone so well that its impossible for it to be broken by me.
Now I took the phone and went to Sangeetha, and these careless ppl never listened to my problem patiently. they played foot ball with me sending me to another Nokia care, and then to other sangeetha outlet for insurance without properly analysing if the issue and properly guiding on the next steps to be taken to set the problem right. I think they should just replace my handset with a new one!! But NO, I have written to their feedback site, and I got an apology mail from them. Not yet received an update on what was being done!!
I had a bad experience with them and would not buy from them hence forth.Also another bad experience with them was, just before I bought my E63 I bought a battery for my old phone 6610. That battery was a defective one which these guys knew before selling. Then when I approached them a week later, they say that this particular battery had problems and they had informed Nokia about it. These ppl knew about defective battery and still sold it to me. Now I asked my money back! They said they cannot give cash back and I will have to buy something else from them.
So I had to buy something even though it was not necessary for me.
Whatever it is, they have lost atleast one customer !
