Yes sangeetha mobile is very bad handling costumers when it comes to complaints regarding warranty and insurance
I brought a samsung mobile when I went for a insurance claim for a physical damage the sangeetha insurance guy said I need to leave the phone there for 2 day’s to know if it can be covered in insurance an blala........ it is really bad !!!!
