Bought fly ds150 handset. These people said there is no issues with the iemi for this handset.
As of now they are already receiving n number of complaints from many customers with different phone service providers. They are already aware of this.
I received the invalid iemi msg from vodafone on 4th feb 2010 . I immediately went to the store i purchased at 4th block jayanagar sangeetha store. These guys even though they know it is the problem. Convinced me that it is the server error and will be updated automatically. No need to worry. The next day, i received the same invalid iemi msg and then called one of the store manager ramesh. He said he will check it out and call me back in 30 minutes. Even after 15-18 hours, no response from him.
The next day when i got up, my mobile was blocked with the msg invalid sim and i was unable to call even the customer care from this mobile. I then went to the store again and the so called manager, who was sitting at the counter, (may think his name is naveen ) was rude in speaking with me even though i clearly explained him my problem that I need replacement handset as I was about to receive call and message from my office cab/transport. If I miss the cab, i have to shell out rs. 250 for auto to reach office or lose rs. 1000 for the day salary (lop). He was very rude and was telling what ever you say, we will not replace and do not give you your cash back. He should know who he is speaking with.
We are after all customers and his job is to speak softly to the customers, not to fight with the customers.
One more interesting fact: harsha, one of the employee was trying to keep my original invoice, the handset, headset and charge every thing with him so that i do not have any proof to claim my phone back. This is the attitude and cheat tactics these people are following.
My question is why these people do not act immediately even though they know it is known problem. I have already intimated them 2 days back and they made me wait till my phone is blocked. Then asking me to wait for more 2-3 days to rectify the problem. Is this the customer service they are providing????
(that means i will have to be in home without communication from my office for 3 days and lose my patience roaming to this store???)
Today is 10th Feb and still I am waiting for the cell phone to be returned by sangeetha. They say the problem is not yet rectified. I do not know how many days i should be without mobile? I do not recommend any one to buy the products from sangeetha mobiles!!!
