We had purchased a high end HTC Mobile Desire-816 from Sangeetha Mobiles, Road-no-12, Banjara Hills in with an Extended Warranty scheme that came bundled along with our purchase. The Phone broke down during the warranty period and then the SHAM Customer Service of Sangeetha Mobiles came out.
The Store personnel were not at all helpful in resolving Customer complaint and even the so called Customer helplines and Phone numbers listed on website were of NO USE as there was no response either on the phone or the email.
We were made to follow-up for 5-6 days with repeated calls from our end but the Sangeetha Mobile person will provide no update on whether the problem can be solved. Seems like the extended warranty is NOT SUPPORTED by the Mobile manufacturer and Sangeetha is using it as a ploy to HOODWINK AND CHEAT Customers.
The Store Personnel at Road No-12 are absolutely NON_Professional and have NO INTEREST to solve a customer problem. They are only interested in generating New SALES. Not a Trustworthy Vendor when you are looking at buying a High end phone!
