Recently I lost my mobile and it was under insurance. I went to J C Road and contacted person whose name is Mahesh who is incharge of insurance. He was never pleasant in whole conversation. He didn’t help me. More over he started pin pointing me that fault was mine.
The interaction was poor and he is not even interested in helping. I purchased 3 high end models from Sangeetha. For my last two mobiles there was no insurance and the latest one was covered under insurance. But the insurance is of no use. Finally I would say no way you can get your mobile back if it is theft even though it is covered under insurance as people in JC road won’t help you. I would never try to get mobile from sangeetha for insurance as it is same as other mobile stores what’s the point to go to sangeetha.
