I got a Sony Ericsson SATIO phone on Sunday 11th April 2010 from sangeetha mobiles located at Jayanagar 4th Block Bangalore. Actually I went to buy Samsung Corby, but as you can see the talent your salesman has, I ended up buying a high end phone. I was really disappointed with the speakers of the phone, especially during playback after the video recording, the same day I went back within couple of hours to show this problem, But all I could see is your guys not accepting the fact that there is a problem with the’model’( not with the handset).
After lots of discussion on this I talked to Mr. Ramesh the manager of the store, and I must say he must be commended for the excellent qualities that he possess, not for supporting the customer but making a fool out of him. He told me that he will try his best to get me a fair deal in replacing with a different model/make and asked me to call the next day, so I believed and called him up the following day and he said that he was on leave( although I could hear the customers/salesman talking to him in the background) and asked me to call up on Tuesday, I called him on Tuesday and initially he never picked up the phone, and after repeated calls he picks up and tells me that he is out of station( in Tumkur) and when I told him that this is not done, he politely said’ Sir you have to cooperate’ and that’s what I did and waited for the next day.
I went back to the store on Thursday and guess what, Mr. Reliable was not in his store, at this time I started to realize the kind of quality you guys offer and I should say Pathetic should be the understatement of the year. but still there was something that I thought Mr.Ramesh could do about this and called up again. This time I requested him to authorize someone from his store so that they can replace the phone, to which he replied he can’t do that as he is the manager and only he can do the favor. I know its sounding repeated but here I go again I called him up only to find out that the phone was temporarily disconnected.
What a disgrace.
Mind you, I did not use the phone until now, but I ran out of patience( ramesh didn’t as I guess he could have gone on and on till eternity) and started to use the phone
there was a free Reebok gym kit which was supposed to be given at the time of purchase and there are no prizes for guessing that I haven’t received it till now.
I will make sure that none of my friends/family/colleagues buy a phone from Sangeetha Mobiles and I will urge them to forward this mail to every person they know
