Sangeetha Anniversary 20% cash back is just a deceitful marketing gimmick. terms and conditions not mentioned neither in bill nor website.
When I purchased I was told 5% redemption sms wud come next month. it did come 2 days before expiry .2 times I went to redeem 5% to the store but they send me back saying server congested.
3rd time I go they tell offer period is over and it cant be redeemed.paytm also they have not credited saying server issue. they are using unethical ways to lure customers in name of anniversary sale, Sad to see such behavior from so called "pioneers and leaders".
