For all those who are saying sangeetha is bad are totally wrong...its actually the "WORST" showroom. Bought a new Sony tippo from sahakar nagar bangalore and they charged me money for "Door step servicing " called "Delight" for 99 and sangeetha insurance worth 199.
Please dont fell prey to their trap, from day one there was a problem with touch screen, but its became worse in last few days so on 7th day I called their Delight service and lady told me since its seventh day purchase they cant give service and I am entitled to replace it from where I purchased it.
So I went to Sahakar nagar branch and showed the problem then their sales boy uninstalled preinstalled applications which come with phone and said there is no problem with phone and its me who is not touching it properly, even it happens 2-3 times when he was showing it to me, I told him that there is problem as he can also see but he said if you need replacement I need to get some kind of certificate from Sony showroom and also they wont replace it, I called Delight service from there and told the story she said I need to go Sony showroom and get it checked there.
When I asked if they send someone to my home to pick it up as I opted for delight service they said no and I have to go myself and its already 6:15 and by 6:30 Sony showroom will close and tomorrow will be 8th day and I wont get any replacement .
SO I AM GIVING YOU AN ADVICE FOR FREE (no conditions apply), if you want to waste your money better charity it, you will feel good and relieved but dont ever try to even pass by Sangeetha showroom.
