I purchased a Blackberry from Nokia Jayanagar in the month of April and eventually paid a extra money because of their insurance stuff.Accidentally my mobile got drenched in water and I had to submit to the shop for insurance claim.In beginning I was told that I will receive a claim of 11000 but later my claim was sanctioned as 7000.
