They claim to have the biggest chain of mobile retail store in india. and they have paid the least attention to to get the right folks as customer facing people in their retail stores. They treat us as if we are there to receive some favor from them.
Just walk into any of their store ( I went to Marathahalli store). You ask for a model, they will give some vague answer, it’s out of stock, it will come in two days - is their standard answer. One thing for sure, unless they change their attitude, their fate is clear.
