I picked up a Micromax mobile last year and not knowing their service efficiency, I picked up a delight service offered by Sangeetha, wherein they pick up your phone and drop it at the service center and once fixed return your phone free of cost.
My phones battery had swollen, and the camera was blurry, therefore I thought of trying Sangeetha Delight. I placed a call to the cust care at 099205 99206 and logged a ticket 37919 with them. The phone was picked along the bill copy and my was is still under warranty.
I got a call from the onsite rep and was told I had to pay 550 for battery, which I agreed and paid the next day. The fixing took almost a month and to my horror the phone was returned with the same old battery and a bill was presented for 350 for fixing the camera. I refused to accept the phone, however the rep who came to return the phone had no idea, and he was talking like a courier boy.
I called the customer care and found the ticket was already closed, however I was told the issue will be taken up with the service center and I will get a call back. After waiting already for a month, this is the kind of service you can expect from these guys.
I would recommend all to not pay for this service when you buy your phones from Sangeetha as they are running a con job service.
