I brought sanjeev kapoor black diamond pans set in august 2011 for around Rs 2500. Within 6 months the pans coating started peeling when I called them they told me I would have to take it to powai to exchange it if the product was in stock. Thereafter their phone kept ringing and no one was picking it. I called star cj through whom I had purchased it, they told me within 7 days the product would be sent to my house and exchanged. Even after a month no product was sent. Then when I called them again they said we dint say any such thing and they was no warranty on the product. While in the bill it was given as one year warranty.
They are frauds and no use spending so much money for substandard products.
