Well, if this is not a kyunki saas type it is nearly of the same kind.
Here, there is a hospital called Sanjivani. Four interns called, Juhi Singh the sweet, Rahul Mehra the arrogant, Omi Joshi the cheerful, and Simran Chopra the spoilt. There are doctors like, Shashank and Smriti, who are in love, but their story is not the main thing.
After a lot of problems, Juhi falls in love with Rahul, and Rahul adores her. But then, of course tragedy, Rahul is forced to marry Simran, and Juhi is very hurt. She leaves for Shimla, of course her granny has an accident. Then another character is introduced. Aman Khanna. Simran is totally off her rocker, and she is absolutely posessive of Rahul, and she is furious when Rahul falls in love with Juhi. Simran gives Aman the money to marry Juhi.
He claims to love Juhi and wants to marry her, but then Rahul finds out that he is already married, and he is cheating Juhi. Rahul brings the wife of Aman to the airport and calls Juhi. Then a lot of mishaps, and Aman is shot. By whom? Simran !who wanted Aman to marry Juhi and she gave him money too!
Well of course, blame goes on Rahul, but sacrificing Juhi clears him out. Rahul then puts the sindhoor on her.

Oh by the way, Omi vanishes totally ever since Aman comes.
