I had ordered Chicken Potta Fry from Hotel Sanraj via Zomato, but the dish I received was extremely disappointing and unhygienic. The masala was completely separated from the chicken, and the amount of oil in the container was excessiveit was literally dripping. On top of that, the coating tasted stale and off, as if it was made in the morning and just reheated for delivery.
I even tried contacting the hotelone number was switched off and no one answered the other .I sent my brother to the restaurant directly, but by the time he reached, it was already closed. Ive been a regular customer of Sanraj for years, but after this experience, it genuinely feels like the management or chef has changed.
This kind of food is not only unacceptable but also unsafe to eatI had no option but to throw the entire meal in the dustbin. I paid a decent amount for this, and its shocking to receive such poor quality. I feel like they assumed it was a late-night order and just gave whatever stale leftovers were lying around. Truly pathetic service and food.
