May be there are lot of people who won’t love this movie, may be there are critics who will say Rajkumar Hirani has left lot of important content like Sanjay’s other wives and then filmy gossips like his relationship with Madhuri during his carrer peak and etc. I absolutely agree, yes there are content which may not be shown in the movie as a biopic but one has to understand that no one cannot portray all the events of Sanjay Dutt’s life in two and half hour. So Rajkumar has to choose very specific events which he wants to convey and even though he touches some sentimental issues like Bombay blast and arms violation etc but he never counter those issues in very depth otherwise movie release might get on hold. he portrays the story of a relationship between father and son Sunil Dutt played Paresh Rawal and Sanjay Dutt played by none other than Ranbir Kapoor. Casting of the movie is superb and Ranbir has given his heart and soul to the character, sometimes you would get confused whether it’s real Sanjay Dutt is acting in the movie.
Overall it’s a enjoyable movie with full drama. I would suggest to go watch it for Ranbir’s acting .
