Company treats engineers like labours
They do not have proper & sufficient resources
They don’t provide basic tools and laptop for engineers.
They dont Flight facility for long hour journey
They dont care about employees safety .
they don’t provide any PPE(safety shoes, gloves)
they don’t have proper machine testing facility , they expose harmful radiation on employees unnecessarily to test their machines, the don’t have lead shielding from past 25 years
thier refurbishment and testing quality is at poor standards , they use 10₹ Nirma powder and thinner , they use poor cheap quality materials to refurb ct
employees feel very unsafe while working there.
they dont provide cab facilities for local and outstation also and MD and CEO care about only expenditures as they do not take care of employees safety
receptionist is a good human being, she take care of all engineers mental health.
accounts team deduct engineers expenses unnecessarily. expense will be not cleared on time.
technical team also do not have safety consciousness.
