My kid joining in 2017 and studying 1st class. When we went for enquiry they were very polite and said you can come any time to discuss if parents have any concern. for 1 month(Till summer holidays started) school reception/Principal were very approachable addressed our concerns. Now they came up with rules like Parents are not allowed in premises. In case of concerns only 1 & 3 rd Saturday parents can go to school with prior permission.
One day I went to pick my kid 1 hr early. Even watchman was talking about rules and not opening gate. Another day we called reception to get appointment. They asked purpose of visit. Once we said that it is about fee hike, they said no discussions on fee hike and denied even appointment. We told the reception that Principal asked us to come to discuss on it, but receptionist doesn’t care and denied appointment.
Lower class school teachers are not well trained in education.(I’m not sure about high class teachers) Not sure even if they are trained in teaching or not.
Home work: They don’t maintain diary and everything through App. We receive home work related notifications through out the day. even late night. They don’t plan it properly. During holidays, they sent holiday home work notification after 2 -3 days and my kid already left to grand parents home.
And they are increasing the fee year on year as if it is their basic right without improvement in facilities/quality.
Ground was sufficient when their strength was less couple of years ago. Now they got too many students but still same ground is used which small for the student strength.
They said every student will be taken to Assembly will get opportunity to talk. Initially they did and my kid got one time chance to speak. These days they are not even being taken to assembly.
