I used sansui horizon 1 hardly 2 months. They have given a sealed box but soon I opened, head phones were missing. This shows their absence in minimum sense ( a smart phone without headphone is like sallu bhai movie without action sequence) .
I got a new pair of headset outside.
The next torture begins.
When I insert head phone, the volume automatically goes down to 0.
I think they don’t want us to use headphone and spoil our ears.
I was searching for sansui service centre. Even giogle map got confused coz there is no such centre here in my CITY ( not town or village)
Friends, my suggestion is, if u want to destroy the happiness of your friend, then gift this mobile to them.
