I bought sansui 24 inch led in march 2015 and I got a 1+ 2 year warranty. But only after 18 months, my all money wasted that I spend on this LED. LED was unable to start, then I checked it to the service centre of sansui, they demand me 500 rupees with tax, and when I call to the service centre they told me if you will carry your LED to the service centre then you do not have to pay anything. But the man at the servuce centre demand me for the 500 rupees.
He told me that the entire panel of your LED we have to change, and he told me that it will take 1200 rupees that is service charged. I was really shocked, my LED is in warranty and I carried my led in the service centre then why I have to pay. I didn’t pay anything because I complaint to the customer care of sansui. Then they changed the panel at free of cost.
This was really worst experience. Do not buy sansui product. There are better TV available in market. I have another tv of onida, it is working fine from last 7 years. But sansui led do not last long even 2 years.
