I purchase led tv of Sansui previous two year, I bought it on 10900Rs.its video is a very poor quality, it is made gray colour, its show mists colour.its sounds is very harming and havy noicely.it was when we were watching tv, it is suddenly got cracked from inside.It was not at all hit by anything and when we took TV to Sansui service centre they refused to repair and called it an external damage which didn’t happen at all by any of us since we didn’t touch it even.it does not have any crack or scratch from outside.I searched in internet and this internal crack happens due to heat or the thermal expanison contraction during on/off the tv. we were just watching and just closed for one hour.when we switched it on we saw vertical and also panel board problem.it is worst of money.
It is not good survice and supporting.
