Hello everyone, I bought this sansui SNE32HB18XAF HD but after a few months it started making trouble to us. only after two months its half screen got blurred and when we complaint to customer support they said they will send me an engineer in one or two days but he came after so many calls. I am not satisfied with its customer service also with the quality of product. it has 82cm LED screen but the pixels are not clear and upto the mark. its speakers are really bad.
also there was not availability of installation of the tv from the companys side.
it was a bad experience of using a sansui tv I would not recommend anybody to buy it.
