Shanthigiri Ashram was started Shri Karunakara guru with good intentions to help poor people with benefits of Ayurveda.
This HSR layout bring a very good Dr named Dr Srivats from kerala. But unfortunately that is the only positive about this branch. The execution is very bad. I made mistake of doing physiotherapy here - I got no improvement, but my difficulty increased.
The Senior Dr comes only once in a month rest of the time it is a duty Dr and there are limits this duty Dr has.
The expenses are very high, though the rooms etc are good.
The biggest disappoinment is service people. I was given wrong medicine and wrong dosage. Luckily I found it both occassions and could correct. I had asked for discharge summary/treat ment summary, but this hospital did not give me at all. I could not claim insurance due to that.
Ayurveda has becoem a business executed by people who has no dedication.
