I’ve been with SAP Labs India for 3 years now exactly. I didn’t know so much about the company when I joined the company but a friend of mine who worked there told me it is a great place to work and he regrets leaving the company. That gave me the confidence to take the job at SAP and it has been a great experience so far.
WORK CULTURE: Firstly, I like the way they treat employees like human beings and not resources. There is always something happening in the campus.
Since SAP is a software company, employees have so many opportunities to learn new technologies and progress their career. So the opportunity to grow is in the employees hands. The work culture is very supportive and are willing to LISTEN to you.
BENEFITS: The company offers benefits that are best in class and can be fine tuned to your individual needs through flexible benefits system. Employees here also run a fund called "Care for Life"(not SAP driven) that takes care of the deceased employee family financial needs.
SALARY PACKAGE: The salary package depends on the level of the employee say from Fresher to tenured like any other corporate company. I personally am happy with how much I’m getting paid and I value myself very high generally:D
FINAL THOUGHTS: SAP is the best out of all the companies I’ve worked for. All you need to worry is which manager are you going working for. Make sure to spend enough time on enquiring about the team/manager you are going to work for. Because that is the only factor that defines your experience at SAP.
