I am a marketer and enamoring is part of my professional life but now I truly know what an enamored audience feels like. I had been enamored with Sapient since 2014 for its thought leadership in terms of the future of technology. In the Indian context they truly have been vanguard when it comes to technologies such as BlockChain, Devops and most recently Process Automation.
So I had continued to follow the company and when the relevant role came up, I applied for the same. The entire hiring process was such a delight thanks to recruiters such as Gunjan and Sonal who kept me posted at all times on the updates on the process and the next steps.
Once into the system the ondoarding which is typically a tedious task for any newhire was streamlined and I was done with all formalities in less than 2 hours.
The Sapient Start an an induction program is perhaps one of the most engaging and informative orientation processes in the industry. What makes it special is the fact that common orientation that is provided despite a career stage.
For me its now close to two months in the system, while at work level I cant talk enough about the exposure and opportunity offer, its also special on how it caters to worklife balance.
