Had a very bad experience at your BG road stall. Please learn to behave with with customers. The products at your store at extremely cheap in quality and you guys should have a fair replacement policy.
I observed the 3D book I bought is damaged just after billing. The store manager mr. Atul shah(i am ashamed he shares the same surname) refused to refund and promised a new book in 2 days. After 7 days of followup I was called today at the store and forced to take the book(which was still damaged). The bill was paid and held with my sis from mumbai and is unavailable. I showed a Copy of bill too, but your arrogant store manager used extremely disgusting words with my wife. Please learn to speak like a sane business house to customers. I will never purchase anything from this store EVeR again.Stop cheating and misbehaving. You might be 40 years in business but doesn’t take much to ruin it.
