Worst place to shop for books. The status of availability of books is undependable, I ordered a book which showed available and also paid for it and later the told me it is unavailable. Ordered a total of 7 books out of which 6 books didn’t even move out of the store after six days of payment and order. Every time I called up the customer care their response was "books will be despatched today evening" and they have so many evenings in hand.
Compared to other shopping portals for books.I would rate sapna -online 0.1 out of ten. Please dont shop online else you are inviting a headache. If anybody from sapna-online wants to confirm my order no and their response please feel free to contact.
