Last week I went and bought wooden toy to my kid in Sapna book house in jayanagar 3rd block(Wooden board with carved A, B, C... till Z - child can place respective letters in to the board). Once I taken the same to my house my wife told it is not looking as good as older one which also bought in Sapna for Numbers(1 to 10). The new toy back ground is yellow in color but older one is in white which is brighter.
So, I went back on Wednesday to replace with another one. I first asked the lady in the counter for the replacement. Immediately she called another lady (looks like manger) and told the same. Manager asked the reason for the replacement.
After I told I want to replace with new white background one she did not told any thing against... she imm. called one attender to help me in selecting new one. This is not end of it.. I am surprised to see her again when she came to me (while I am looking the new toy) and asked whether I got the required piece. I selected the same and went to the billing desk.
Since they will not refund the difference amount they asked me to buy some thing else. I went to buy one more book for my kid and end up speding 100 bugs more...Initialy I had reservation whether they will exchange toys etc since the wrpaer is removed etc. But I blown up by their customer sensitiveness. More over if they told no for replace they my lost 100 rs more sales also on that day.. May recession is doing trick here...???
