On Aug 7, 2015 I placed an order of books(order ID SAP150807236334). They said to deliver the books within 21 days.
Today its more than one and a half month but I am still waiting for books to be delivered. I have tried to contact to Sapna online but they are not providing any details.
The trqcking system Sapna online is poor in terms of quality of service and shopping here is an invitation to headache!
