I had ordered(paid online) two books on last 4th Aug/2015 and the order ID is: 150804234612. After some ten days later they sent me messages that your books are dispatched via India Post and provided me two tracking numbers.
If I track these at India Post site then it is said that "NO DATA FOUND’ - means Sapnaonline has not dispatched those. Sapnaonline’s site shows the status of dispatch as "Shipped" in one section while on the other as "Pending" I do suspect the AWB numbers are fake ones and they have not yet dispatched the items.
The addressee has not so far received the items. I called a good many times at Sapnaonline.com’s phone no: 0806741xxxx but they never respond and the connected call continues to raise my phone bills minutes after minutes. They also have not replied my e-mailers to cs@sapnaonline.com asking for a refund. I wonder how this sort of online shopping sITES_Company continues to prevail!
