I ordered two books from Sapna Online, for one of the book I have to run behind them but no responce or book yet,
Very Unhappy with Sapna online, we have ordered 2 books which were available and now we have only received only one book, other is not yet received, Sent mails and called CS many time, but each time I get false promise to deliver it is a day, But no book yet, Very untrustworthy guys, I wish to make other readers aware of this.
This is my last order on sapnaonline(order 1445017552369) . Customer support is really very bad and no accountability of the promises and orders, I went with the big name and trust of Sapna Book depot but I don’t see same when I shopped on Sapna Online.
