They have a very good exterior looking stuffs and the managers gives a large goody goody smile when u 1st meet. They will first collect advance money, in my case it was a 3 day stay and I was fool enough to pay them 2 days rent in advance. They also speak cheesy cheezy and arranc=ge ur oot trip for 3 days with their 3 days package and collect the money in advance.
Once, the money is paid, they are a different creatures altogether. The rooms were full of filth, no room service, food sucks and is totally overpriced by at least 3 times.
The worst part, they will take you on a tour, and all of a sudden say say the vehicle is not working and there is nothing we can do about it. Its your hard luck. When u are frustrated and raise ur voice, they have a backup bouncers and goon ready to chuck u out.
Vacation turned into a nightmare. I shall do everything I can to save my fellow indian’s from suffering such inhuman indignity in the hands of these goons.
Plz stay away from these goons and plz inform about these miscreents to ur friends, relatives and all fellow human beings
Stay away from these goons and ya, try to have a happy vacations in any other place in ooty.
