I have purchased a queen sized bed from Saraf Furnitures on July 24, 2015. I have received the same on August 02, 2015. The packaging was very poor and the plywood was all wet and also of poor quality; further not fixing on the bed properly.
I brought these matter to them via mail on the same day with the photographs of the damaged packaging and product and a Ticket/Request ID was generated for me stating resolution within 48 working hours(Ref.Request ID: 27118). Thereafter they were supposed to send someone for installation; but no one turned up yet. And on calling customer care, again no response from their end and another ticket ID was generated.(#27208 & 27209).
Later I decided to get in touch with them via online Chat;but my efforts were again in vain. and more ticket nos.were added to my basket(#27483).
As on today, I dint receive any call from them despite of lot many complaints( through phone, mails, chat and even FB posts on their page). They assure LIFETIME WARRANTY for their products; however their sold new product isitself of very poor quality and to add to customersfury, they dont at all aishwaryasingh23 any heed to our grievances.
There are many such complaints for them on their FB page, which they delete and turn a deaf ear to the grievances. Request you to take some action on this and help the helpless consumers.
