Its worst service I have ever seen.
My Story: I was looking for some bank for education loan for my brother, I thought of HDFC first as I have salary account in the same bank but god know why I choose saraswat bank.its worst bank ever, first they ask me for tonnes of document(my salary slip, guarantors salary slip blah blah.), after submitting this document they said I will get loan in 7 days.After 10 days they call me to know why I am living in Pune on rent(*face-palm*), anyways they said I will get a call in 2 days and you have to contact saraswat branch for cheque.After 7 days I get another call asking about Guarantor information, here was there question "why your friend switched his last job after working for 2 yrs in a firm) then I have to explain them its not a government job, we IT people generally change the firm in 2yrs(not necessary) again 5 days, you will get a call blah blah.
After 2 week I get a call asking for permanent address proof and I was like "what the hell" why dont you take all the documents at first place.anyways this process is still going on.I hope I will get loan in next 7 days(:P).
Overall Advice: Don’t even this of going for saraswat bank for loan or even to withdraw cash from their ATM.
