If you decided to buy electrical and electronics items from Saravana stores, then check whether its original branded item. They have items in famous brand name but the stuff is not original. if you check with them about the warranty , they will say it is single shop warranty and the service can’t be done at the brand service centre. The quality is low and bad.
I tried to enquiry about a normal home telephone, I saw few varieties in famous brand name BPL, but the stuff looks duplicate and the warranty is confined to one local specific shop and not serviceable at BPL service centre.
My brother bought one sony mobile few years back, the quality was so bad and also non serviceable at sony centre.
