The staff are harassing the customers by unloading the goods in the ground floor for checking even after the goods have been checked at the respective floors. Still worse is their insistence in checking the personal luggage brought into the shop and sealed at the entrance after shopping. Worst experience at the shop as other customers saw us as shop lifters. Incidentally we are regular customers since it’s opening and we are super senior citizens. An apology from them for their behavior is required.
