’Sarbjeet’ movie is based on the real farmer’s story who is mistakenly jailed after he accidently lands on the other side of the pak-border one night and this is the story of his sister’s( Dalbeer kaur) struggle for twenty three years to get her brother out of jail and this movie of true heroism, commitment of a sister, but mind you, it is not the struggle of a sister alone, but it’s the years long endearous of people who struggled for him, mostly the women( his sister, wife and daughters) who sacrifice their whole lives in achieving the goal.
