In my college days, I have tries to take educational loan from Satguru Total Service PVT LTD. The loan which I need was 5 lac for Btech computer science. I have submitted my educational documents and then my father has provided his monthly salary. But still the staff has declined my loan amount. Then they ask us to submit our house property. Since we don’t have option we have submit our house properties to them. Then they has approved. They charges 19 percent year for educational loan which was very high comparing to bank. The processing fees cost us 28000 INR. The staffs were arrogant even if we delays for one day in paying our EMIs the customer care used to behave rudely towards us. I had bad experience over here. Choosing this finance company was my wrong decision. So I suggest everyone try to take any kind of loan from bank not from this finance companies.
