Based on my experience this is how it works.
First call they will tell you if project approved the the agreement in 45 days then 3 wks fund will come.first log in fees of 17500 has to be paid.
When you apply for 1.5Cr loan Then 2-3 approval letter of financers will come and you will be happy to see it.that many people are desperate to fund you..they will ask 3 lakh as possessing fees in 5 days.Then after you pay no calls..Then you will get agreement of 6 months with them.you will have to callmany days to know things.The person will transfer to legal department Mr Abhishek, they will say enquiry to be done and ask for 2 acquaintance.they will call them send form to them which you can only fill. 3 months over.then they will say investor will call.In one week investor will call from New York.He will say you will get fund by3 weeks.In 2 weeks they will ask for proof of documents with CA networth certificate costing 10000, after 1 month they will say that no response from USA and transfer to another department.Mr VIKAS a cunning fellow who will speak sweetly and politely will follow and ask for passport and driving license copy after 1 month.they will send agreement in another 3 weeks with company..6 months over. you sign and send the agreement, This time I came to know about advance EMI.Vikas said in my case no need of it.Many days later they will tell another sister concern company will call you.Mr rajeev another fraud will call after many days and tell I will get mail from notarycam which will give appointment after many days.Here they will tell after notary 10 days you will get fund.Online notary with American notary is done for which credit card required rs5000 gone. Then they will tell American attorney approval has to come which will come after 40 days. Unexpectedly they asked 20 lakhs in 1 week time as advance EMI which they had never informedand gave tenative date of funding in 3 week.i read about a lady complainingof paying 4 plus 12 lakhs advance EMI and didn’t get money for many months in mouth shut.com.i told them about it then they made her change statement.now they themselves do not know when you will get fund how you can wait.i decided to cancel.then they said as its on going project advance EMI will be removed...then 1 month later they said no need of EMIbut 2 months I should wait.it’s 1 year over.i got fed up and decided to cancel. During cancellation they will ask to sign that you will not go for case against them .They said in 20 days I will get refund.Either they are showing our project and taking money and using for thier purpose or rolling our advance. As american people are involved in this deal a genuine complaint is enough for them to be arrested.I wasted lot of time hope and money because of them.sanil from Kerala is lucky that early it got cancelled.Remember When you apply they themselves don’t know when you will get fund.they will tell you 2 weeks next month etc but it will not come till you get fed up and cancel and wait for cancellation fund which will also come late.Here also they will give dates only. They sent me a post dated cheque of 40 days by speed post after 2 months. Then before 4 days they have given me call and asked for 11 more days for cheque to be cleared then when I said that I am filling case then they requested.i got 70 percent refund Then again they have asked for 3 week time for rest of fund.The excuses areAmerican government shutdown and legal attorney not transferred money.Now 3 week over no calls from them for remaining money.They told 20 days for refund but now 6 months over.Now they are telling that I should have paid advance Emi.Everytime they will say few days only and if delay Vikas will tell leave because of family function.Atlast you all are not going to get fund or refund soon.The cheque bounced and they are not paying 70000 balance due to me.i feel sad for those who have applied with these liars unprofessional, fraud, and 420s.
